I have talked so many times about this topic but today I wanted to do a little refresher and then also ask who is actually doing this yet. If you are doing this then you should not have ever had a day go by where you did not have new content up for your readers.
I am guilty of letting this slip myself so trust me when I say its time to wake up and get with it people!
Ok so the whole idea behind stock piling some posts is so on those days where you are just not feeling it, or you can’t think of what to write you already have a boat load of ideas sitting there waiting for the world to see.
One quick tip for an extra post you could create yourself is one asking your readers what they want to see next! Put the title of your stock piled posts and bamb you have got more post content!
There is your refresher, now do your part and tell me below if you have been doing it, how long you have been, how many posts you have saved up. I want to know everything you can tell me about it guys, bring it on!

I currently have no posts saved up whatsoever. Occasionally I will spend spend a day or half a day writing a bunch of articles and scheduling them to go out over the next 5/6 days. My time has been incredibly scarce recently and I have even been working weekends for my 9-5.
Many pro-bloggers suggest having 4/5 posts stockpiled up at all times to ensure fresh content is always available. It’s just not that simple when you work full time elsewhere.
Well thats what I am saying Darren, we almost need to take the time!
Like right now I have 5 posts waiting to go live!
I always stockpile posts and have around 20 posts so far for days when i dont have much time.
I have a few stockpiled but I want 100 stockpiled so am working on that! At least two a day.
I’ve always thought of stockpiling posts but I just have loads of unfinished drafts dating way back to a few months… Wonder if they’ll ever get finished…
I don’t do any postdated post frequently. Sometimes, during holidays, if I’m away for couple of days, I would do that. It is the best way to keep our blog up to date.
I always try to stock pile my posts. I try two write posts in batches of 5 or so and pre-schedule them to post every 3 or 4 days. That way for my niche blogs I only ever need to worry about content every 2 to 3 weeks
Not sure how well it’d work in IM blogs though!
I usually have about 3 or 4 posts ready just in case something comes up and throws off my posting schedule
I don’t stock pile anything.. Even if I’m busy, I take out time for making atleast 1 blog post a week..
But anyways, I will start stock pilling them so that I can make 1 post a day

I am guilt of not doing this and letting my blogs slide some days.. You are absolutely right, we need to resist the urge to post everything we write and save a few for a rainy day.. If we want to keep our subscribers coming back there’s really no other option except keeping them well feed with great content! All your articles are pro man!
