Hello Friends,
When it comes to blogging its not very often people backup there blog posts, databases, websites etc onto a Flash Drive. But today I want to encourage you to think about perhaps doing so.
What if you go on vacation and when you get back home the 5-10 stock piled posts you had saved on your hdd are gone? What if a virus took over and destroyed everything you have worked so hard on?
All of these concerns can be removed if you get a Flash Drive and remember to backup your files on a weekly basis!
Just remember that when it comes to Flash Drives the bigger the better that way you can always keep things stored. I personally like 4gb models or bigger but you can make your own decision on that kind of stuff.
FlashDealer.com has a wide selection of colors and storage sizes that you can checkout. Granted they are not all a best buy but they do have some deals that are too good to pass up!
Check it out today and be sure to comment below and let us know what brand and storage size you chose for your new Flash Drivefrom FlashDealer.com!

Thanks for the advice. I always tend to backup my lens onto the hard drive but I guess a little extra security couldn’t do any harm.
I’ll check out flashDealer and see what they have available. What sort of size do you think I’ll need?

I like the passport backup drives too. Not quite as portable – won’t fit in your pocket – but they hold so much.

@watch Replica, Hopefully, this article has given you an insight to the possibilities of the humble USB-drive beyond the just-another-place-to-store-your-files (or simply a replacement for the obsolete 1.44” floppy drive). With some inspiration, creativity and some web search, you can surely find other applications that can be useful for your needs. The USB-drive can be the key to taking personal computing with you without the weight.

My flash drive has some very important information on it, and when I put it in my computer, it said I needed to format it, which would cause it to erase everything. Is there any way to access the information on the flash drive so I don’t have to erase it?

I need to reformat my computer and I don’t want to have to redo my whole Itunes. I know you can back up the songs on a cd, but I have so many songs it’ll take forever. Can’t I just back them up on a external hardrive or something? Or is there a program that backs up all of Itunes in one shot?
July 16th, 2009 at 5:54 am
My flash data still 1GB. I don’t have enough storage to save anything. however I can burn to cd as permanent storage.

“When it comes to blogging its not very often people backup there blog posts, databases, websites etc onto a Flash Drive. But today I want to encourage you to think about perhaps doing so.”
This is a great idea. I’ve just started blogging and I’ve heard many stories similar to the one you were telling us about. I don’t want to start all over again with my blog entries. Thanks for the tip. How often should I backup my files? Is there a software that I can use which automatically saves backups of my entries?
July 18th, 2009 at 11:46 am
However, if the data you want to back up exceeds the limit of the drive, you will need to use an alternate form of external media such as a CD.
July 24th, 2009 at 11:05 am
great idea for the back up licked it!

It’s very important to do regular backups in case you ever have an issue with servers, you should also ensure you upgrade to the latest version of your software.

Why UGG Boot is So Popular?
Ugg boots, also spelled ugh boots and ug boots, are a style of sheepskin boot, with wool as the inner lining and a tanned outer surface worn by both men and women. Ugg boots often have a synthetic sole, although this is not universal. Uggs are popular with the teenage set, worn by girls with mini skirts, leggings, and with jeans tucked into the boots. UGGS Boots are also popular with boys, wearing jeans or tracksuit bottoms inside them most commonly.
UGG UK Sale, In Australia and New Zealand, sheepskin boots have long been popular with people in rural occupations, such as sheep shearers, who have ready access to the raw materials,. Their popularity increased as a result of World War I and World War II, when they were popular with aviators, because of their need to keep warm in non-pressurized planes at high altitudes. An exhibit of a WWI aviator’s outfit in the Canadian War Museum cites the term "fug" boots. UGG Cardy, Ugg Boots have also been popular with surfers and competitive swimmers since at least the 1960s, for keeping warm while out of the water. The terms ugg boots, ugh boots and ug boots have been used as generic terms for sheepskin boots in Australia since 1950s and 1960s, when they first appeared in advertising and other publications.
The natural properties of sheepskin results in thermostatic benefits. Thick fleecy fibres on the inner part of the boots allows air to circulate and keep the feet at body temperature. Synthetic and faux fur boots do not have these properties and sheepskin boots are highly prized for their effectiveness. Ugg boots are designed to be worn without socks in order to maximize the benefits of sheepskin.
What’s more, This Year’s Hottest UGG Boots Style–UGG Bailey Button Boots, is already starting to sell well. UGG UK Sale, it is not a matter of if this style sells out, but how quickly. Every year people procrastinate and then they can’t find the Ugg Boots they want. So, Shop early for the best selection.
