Hey guys, I noticed that my blog dropped from a pr4 down to pr3. I was just wondering if anyone else saw their own page rank drop or not? I am not overly concerned about page-rank as I don’t sell links but I was wondering just because it seems quite early for an update already. Let me know guys!

Wait for the google NS to update - noticed a few people, myself included have had this problem recently

Hmmm, i hope my blog will increase PR

My fellow admin had a similar problem with their page rank 4 site - went down to PR3 on all previously PR4 pages. Thanks for the suggestion above Kpasj, I can pass that info on and it could put minds at rest.

  4. Jeremy Says:

Nope but google always alters pr time to time. Sometime pr checkers arn’t right aswell.

HMm my PR didn’t change.. maybe it’s just an “aftershock” pr update? lol

  6. Qubic Says:

So, can the PR go up ‘from time to time’ or is it always a drop unless its inside the ‘official’ pr update time? Anyone know that for sure?

  7. Shane Says:

Strange, the last one was very recent!

  8. Ethan Says:

Thats stinks. Hopefully it will go back up.

I don’t think it’s a mistake. My blog went from 0 to 4 and 3 other of my sites went up to a PR 4. What really impressed me is when a site I hardly touch went from a pr 0 to 5 in only 5 months…crazy

Im quite happy, because mine actually went up again!

Don’t panic! Sometimes PR goes up and down erratically, hopefully it will return to normal again. It is a wary there was an it because earning money on the Internet seems to revolve around Seo so much.

I wish they would just get rid of the whole pr game… What i mean is just not allow people to see it..? It is always causing problems for webowners… :)
