How would you change my blog?

nullI am curious to know how you all would change my blog if it was yours? I have thought about selling my own products for income and I have even thought about starting a forum where it costs $2.00 for my to answer any question you have no matter what it is.

But I was curious what you all would do to it to bring in more income! As it is right now this blog is making around $200/mo (if its a good month) but the largest chunk of that is from reviews I do of which I know you guys don’t like unless they are really long!

So again what would you all do? I mean, I tried adsense, kontera, affiliate marketing and other things I can’t remember but nothing seems to bring in cash. Let me know your thoughts on it and please comment below!

In my opinion, the most important and the most
significant way to get more profit every
month is traffic. Therefore, try to get more
traffic to your blog if you want to increase your
    income.

Run a promo sale? You could sell the ad space which is used by 2 of your websites and 1 is empty. You can add a Ad Rotate Bag just like I have one on Sensonize.com and it costs only $5/month to get your ad in that bag.. Benefit of this bag is that it rotates the image every time the visitor refreshes the page which attracts him as well as grabs attention of advertisers ;) Answering questions for $2 doesn’t seem right.. You could probably sell links in your blogroll for $2/month taking minimum payment of 6 months..(As a promo) Later on you can make it $5-10/month.. its worth the price since your blog is a PR3 and has many pages listed on Google.

Just my 2 cents.. If you want more that would be $2 ! :P

Get back to the basics. Don’t let your blog turn into one of the other 500 mmo blogs. Provide good relative content and worry about making money later. The john chows of the world can get away with righting reviews about unneeded products and affiliate networks.. go gorilla and provide some valuable content… Good Luck!

Shannon has been providing very good content, I cant complain. I know that it’s hard to come up with unique ideas and content, but just surf around the net. Here is something I found today: it was a blog about how this guy couldnt make money online. It was great! He would use all sorts of affiliate marketing techniques and say how hard it was/easy it was and if he made any money or not.

I wouldnt change your blog to be honest with you, I wouldnt care if you sold a couple links in the blogroll. I wouldnt even care if you added 2 more ad spots.

As long as you bring me content that is interesting to read, i’ll keep reading.

You have got to try http://thespidersystem.ws It puts all of this stuff into perspective and gives you the rundown step by step for making money online. It shows you how to utilize and monetize blogs, social networks and websites towards your ultimate goal of making real money online. Plus it has GDI, which people are making serious money with. I am very serious. Trust me on this one.

  7. I agree with Alex. As long as you write unique and good content, it doesn’t matter whether you have 2 more adspots or even a paid review.

  9. I don’t think there is anything to change. Just keep on plugging along. If you are looking for more income, create another project. Always look places OTHER than your blog to make more. The income will be more stable.

I like your blog, if I owned it, nothing would change.

  10. I would give adsense another go while building traffic. I have noticed even on sites where readers are not prone to clicking on them they start paying out just from impressions once the traffic gets moving. I wouldn’t go with a paid forum. However I do run one forum and it more than pays for itself just from adsense impressions. When you have a bunch of people on there spending an average of 20-30 mins on site browsing posts those adsense units keep refreshing over and over generating some cash even without the clicks.

You need to break up the text on some of your info pages, add some pics, stuff like that. Too much freakin text, paragraphs are HUGE. Break that crap up man and make it easier to consume.

Why UGG Boot is So Popular?

Ugg boots, also spelled ugh boots and ug boots, are a style of sheepskin boot, with wool as the inner lining and a tanned outer surface worn by both men and women. Ugg boots often have a synthetic sole, although this is not universal. Uggs are popular with the teenage set, worn by girls with mini skirts, leggings, and with jeans tucked into the boots. UGGS Boots are also popular with boys, wearing jeans or tracksuit bottoms inside them most commonly.

Their popularity increased as a result of World War I and World War II, when they were popular with aviators, because of their need to keep warm in non-pressurized planes at high altitudes. An exhibit of a WWI aviator’s outfit in the Canadian War Museum cites the term "fug" boots. UGG Cardy, Ugg Boots have also been popular with surfers and competitive swimmers since at least the 1960s, for keeping warm while out of the water. The terms ugg boots, ugh boots and ug boots have been used as generic terms for sheepskin boots in Australia since 1950s and 1960s, when they first appeared in advertising and other publications.

The natural properties of sheepskin results in thermostatic benefits. Thick fleecy fibres on the inner part of the boots allows air to circulate and keep the feet at body temperature. Synthetic and faux fur boots do not have these properties and sheepskin boots are highly prized for their effectiveness. Ugg boots are designed to be worn without socks in order to maximize the benefits of sheepskin.
