Hey Everyone,
Today is a little strange for me, I am actually encouraging you NOT to work! That’s right, today is your day to sit back, relax and drink lemonade (unless your on a diet like me so its water with lemons for me).
OK so we all work A TON in our lives, lets just look at my past 30 days, I have worked 4/10 hr days for the last month, that’s 160 hours of work! That’s so much work that life can become stressful and we all need to learn to aleve stress.
I recently came across Volleyball, although its a sport and actually tires me out to play, its so fun that I don’t even mind. I think if we all found more hobbies we would enjoy life better, granted I understand when you have a family to feed taking time for yourself seems impossible but I hope you at least try to squeeze 30 minutes a day for yourself to do whatever you want to do!
Maybe thats painting, designing or playing a sport, whatever it is I encourage you to give it a go for atleast 30 minutes a day. I think after awhile you will become more productive because you will get your mind off things and in turn think of ideas you would have never had before.
Here is a video of me and my gang playing volleyball last night! Can you spot where I am at on the court?

My bestfriend’s birthday is coming and we want to plan a summer trip.(cost 1000 or less all together) She suggested Virginia. My friends (ages 18-23) want go relax on the beach and yet still have a crazy fun nightlife. We want as many activities and things to do. What is a good places are out there that are in popular command for most young adults. any tips btw ?thanks.
Good Posy Man. We have also planned to take leave and go outside on a very long drive. We will choose any hill station and will let you know about the journey.
Virginia Beach! You can just walk around and enjoy the sites, and many hotels there are very nice and have awesome pools. If you want a hotel on the beach it might be a little expensive, but it isn’t to bad.thanks.
Yes you have asked good question and i will tell you honestly that i had missed the chance of summer vacation. Anyway time will come again.
maybe you would want to go to Myrtle Beach or HiltonHead.thanks.
Relaxation is important, for your family as well as for yourself. However, when you are surrounded by your work at all times.

Life we always wanted to do. Sport is a great way to relax as it takes out all the stress from the body & mind
Physical activity always revitalises your mind as the circulation of blood increases because your heart pump out more blood fastly and hence more supply of blood and oxygen refreshes mind.
hectic working schedule but every time boss denied and always the lame excuse is urgent work. But this time i make my mind and i will definitely take a fortnight leave..
We will choose any hill station and will let you know about the journey.
I am currently after a male sleeping bag for the English summer, 3 season. Please could someone recommend one for me. I’d like it to cover a long summer, so would like it to cover end of summer temperatures also.
I will be leading in the Lakes so my priority is to have a light and compact sleeping bag. My aim is to make my kit smaller so that i can quite comfortably fit all my kit into a 65l. So, small, warm and effective.
Sleeping bags are a very personal purchase so it would not be appropriat to recommend a particular brand or type. What would suit me would not necessarily suit you.
The advantages of down are that it is light, very warm and packs small. The disadvantages are that it is not easy to wash and is useless if it gets wet.
Man-made fibre bags are cheaper, still provide some insulation when wet, dry out quickly, can be washed and do not leak filling through small tears.
For your requirements you would probably be better with a down bag. Make sure it is the right length, if it is too long your feet will be cold and you will be carrying extra, useless, weight.
A shoulder baffle makes the bag much “snugger” by stopping warm air from escaping. The zip should also be covered by an insulating baffle and an insulated hood should be regarded as a MUST.
Get a tapering, “mummy” bag. They are warmer and lighter. A bag liner will stop your bag from getting soiled and will keep it warmer. A breathable, waterproof, “bivvy bag” will make your bag even more effective and will allow you to sleep without a tent when the weather permits.
The bag should be covered with a strong, light breathable and wicking material, like Pertex or whatever the modern equivalent is. The lining will be more pleasant if it has a natural “feel”.
you could run stairs, hike, ( if you live in a hilly area! ), run around your neighborhood, or join a jym and workout there! just remember to stretch before and afterwards!! as for the plan, i dont have one but you could set a goal and once you reach it set a new one!
In fact, I’m getting tired and tired these days due to heavy workload and part time study, seems that I really need to find some times to take rest, maybe go for vocation. Any suggestion Shannon?

Lee

This summer, get a head-start on relaxing by consciously building into your itinerary some simple, pleasant exercises that will encourage you to let go of stress and relax. You’ll get more out of your time off-and be the healthier for it.
Playing Sport is a great way to relax as it takes out all the stress from the body & mind. natural way to work out
My favorite attire to relax in is just wearing a pair of shorts. I love being shirtless and barefoot. I was wondering what others wear to relax in in the summer barefoot and a t-shirt, shorts and flip flops, a jogging suit, bathing suit etc
Beach volley amazing! Me, like disco on white beaches. Cool!
Could I possibly have you call my bosses and insist on this. LOL! I played beach Volleyball this weekend and I couldn’t get enough of it. I forgot how fun it was to just hang on the beach!

Shannon, I know sometimes we should really relax instead of working non-stop without resting.

Yeah good post, find a hobby and take a break, work life balance is important, find time for your family and friends too.
Yup, summer is great especially since I have no school!
This is an area that I trouble doing as I’m so tied to my online business. It’s hard for me to truly “get away” without taking a computer and working at least a little bit. I’m working on it.
Every body wants some refreshment in their busy life and it is necessary for every body.
Medy Glenn @ I am much concern with you that we should take a break in our busy life. Otherwise nobody can’t survive.
