Another month past in 2009 and more to come!
March was a decent month for me even though I only had a couple paying jobs, my blogs and forum have really performed for me and sold lots of ads this month which helped tremendously with my earnings total for the month.
Before we get into that though I wanted to say a big thankyou to all my subscribers!
You guys have really stepped up your game by pushing over 30 comments on each of my last two posts!
It has been noted and some goodies will be coming your way!

Back to my earnings this month, here is the breakdown for March 2009!
- SingleHop Ad Sales = $645
- Antique Store Cubecart Skin = $150
- Adsense = $7.50
- Text Link Ads = $40
- PR6 Reviews (5) = $70
- BzImage Ad Sales (4) = $250
- Blog Development Success Banner = $20
- ThousandDollarProfits 250 x 250 Content Banner + 468 x 60 Top Pre-Order = $135
- TlaLeads Ibb Review (Still Need To Do) $75.00
- Hivelocity Text Ad Sales = $500.00
Total 1,892.50
Again, not my highest monthly earnings ever but enough to pay the bills and still have some cash left over for fun. I think that’s actually what made this month easier with lower earnings then 2k (my goal). I didn’t really buy anything accept for maybe $150 worth of food and such, I had no bills other then my normal rent or anything so I was able to save it up.

I always wonder how people make $1000 per day on Adsense alone. Your site seems to get high volumes of traffic, yet you are only making $7.50 on it in March.

As always Shannon, I’m impressed. I still don’t believe I am at that stage on my blog where I will be making any money, however I do have some plans for later.
I will always come back and read your Earnings report, because you are seriously one of those bloggers who I look up to.

First of all I think it is great to hear that your income from the blog is able to pay for all your expenses and then some. That is truly awesome and something that you should be proud of. Being able to live solely on your online income is a dream for a lot of people.
As others have said I am curious as to what Hivelocity Ads are. Have you written a post about it previously or are you planning to do one in the future?

I think it is really great that you get all of these “congrats” comments on the blog but I can help to think that it is merely a matter of you using Do-follow in the comments. I can only guess but I am pretty sure that you would take away at least half of them if you made it into a no-follow blog in the comments.
Another option could be to moderate all comments and only allow those that actually gave just a small bit of value or that you could see where made by people actually reading the blog post and not just commenting to get the link.
You might have your reasons for doing things the way you do but I personally feel that you would improve the quality of the blog by removing or disallowing a major part of the “link” comments.

@Atniz, by taking serious action and following a proven plan consistently you’ll definitely be making 2K by the end of 2009. It is only a matter of taking action.
