Lets face it when it comes to organizing our time and tasks we somehow end up not getting what we had hoped to done. Luckily for us there is a new service called My ClientSpot and they provide the service we need.
Basically they provide a online way to keep track of our time and tasks as well as share those charts / stats with others so everyone can stay on track during a project.

When you first use MyClientSpot.com you are presented with a general overview page (Image Above). It seems basic but if you dig just a little you will find multiple tools at your disposal, here are some screen shots!

So to sum it all up….
ClientSpot is a Web-based service designed specifically for virtual assistants to collaborate with clients and subcontractors on projects. When email just isn’t enough, ClientSpot brings together all the pieces of your client and team interactions, from project and task management to file sharing, time tracking, and calendaring.
ExtremePlanner Software is the company behind ClientSpot, and we’ve been creating software to make virtual work easier to manage since 2004.
We love the virtual assistant industry and what it’s doing to enable more and more people to grow their businesses without hiring full time employees, create better work-life balance, and to do it all from the virtual assistant’s choice of location, whether home, office, or coffee shop.

Interesting idea. A client of mine recently started using a similar service, Assembla, to track project tasks. MyClientSpot looks very similar, but seems to have more features.
The issue of course is getting people to log in regularly to whichever of these sites you choose. In my case, with the client in question, we’ve reverted to using email for project updates simply because we both have our email open all the time.
Very useful! I have been trying to use ToDoist but I have not been getting very far with it.
