Today I decided to go through all the posts I have made here on IBB and put any motivational speaking ones into this new category.
I should have created the section long ago but I did not feel the need with so little content that would go into it.
However, now, I regret that I didn’t because its a lot of work to go through them 
This brings me to an interesting point for today’s discussion.
Organizing On Your Blog
What would you rather see, a messy blog with awesome content (that you can’t find due to lack of organization) or decent content that you can find with ease?
I would go with option 2 myself but that’s just me, so if your already writing kick butt content then your in luck! Today I want to encourage you to go re-organize your blog, re-categorize whatever is needed and don’t stop until you have a work of art in your hands!
When a visitor comes to any blog it should be easy for them to find what they are looking for, if you don’t provide that… Someone else will, unfortunate as that may sound its true but you can do your part by re-organizing things and also throwing up a search feature on your blog!
I also recommend having an All Posts page or Archive page that your visitors can see and search as well. I do this and get extra traffic to posts + comments I would have never gotten 1 year later down the road.

Blogging has become more than just a way to put ideas down for others to read. It has become a way in which businesses market their products and services. sure, organizing blogs are important. But what the most important thing is the content quality. You’ll get better if you can put it up together.
i’m all about the organization via categories and tags. if i can’t find articles quickly on a blog, i don’t typically come back to it.
Superb content is the best IMO but if you can’t find it then it won’t do you much good. Luckily most blogs have search functions and if not you can probably find it through your search function in your favorite RSS reader.
I admit that I am lacking of some organizing skills, mainly on the categorization thing of my posts. But I am trying my best to get the best out of it. Thanks for this post Shannon, it inspires me and kicks some adrenaline out of my cluttered brain. Cheers!
I am not much of a blogger, but in webdesign, this applies very well, if your users can’t find the content, they have no reason to visit your site, so its extremely important that u make the content accessible and organised.
Organization is not only important for the blogger, but it gives off a much better impression to your visitors. It makes the site seem more credible because it has been organized and cultivated.
It takes time, but if you keep up with it, it usually doesn’t add up to much work. its worth the effort though.

Motivation is the only factor which rebuild and restructured your traits.
Motivation is the set of reasons that determines one to engage in a particular behavior. The term is generally used for human motivation but, theoretically, it can be used to describe the causes for animal behavior as well. This article refers to human motivation.
Some time I get tired ans need motivation for my work, it may be money competition from others. But then also I need refreshment after attaining the work.

Organization definitely is important, I would also have to agree that I would pick the option #2. You can build a walmart in the desert… but they won’t come. If you get what I mean?

Organization is key. You want your user to have ease of access to the information you have provided. Good advice and way to go on getting your blog more readable!
Organizing and proper tagging/categorization of a blog is really essential. This can improve readership, trust and return visitors.
