If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Have you ever wanted to power drive your own Rss feed count? Perhaps you want to build some strong Back Links but you don’t know how or where to start? Today I am going to share a small secret to increased success with you. I got the idea from an old post on JohnCowDotCom called Feed Your Feed. I am not taking his original list, instead I am revamping it for maximum potential for my readers! The best is all that will do, second best is for those other guys!

All you need to do it virtually DOUBLE your feed count and possibly quadruple your back link total is follow a few basic rules of thumb. Remember back when we talked about word of mouth and how it was one of the keys to success online? That truth is holding up great and this technique should help you get into the swing of things.

Here you go a basic 2 step plan, get ready, get set and GOOOOO!!!

First Step

The first thing you need to do is grab the below list of URLS and subscribe links. Copy and paste them into a blog post similar to mine here. Be sure and add your link to the top of the list before you post it, then imagine if just 5 people did this along with you?

You would get links for sure from it, you may also possibly get some subscribers out of the deal on the next blog its posted at. Before you know it hundreds of people are linking and subscribing to you.

Step Two

Actually the next step is not really a step so to speak, all I wanted to say was if you complete the above task and use this list correctly any link backs we get from this list is more power to you. I will personally link to ever blog that links to me from this post, you will get at least 1 subscriber and 1 STRONG back link from me.

So what are you waiting for? Grab the list and get back to blogging! Be sure and subscribe to as many blogs as you can and link to them, they will return the favor with link love!

The Link Love List

Not in the list? Don’t worry, you can grab it, publish it and if we get a ping-back, we’ll add you to this list too! Once a day we’ll check who joined and add you here!

So the other day I went to the eye doctor for a routine check up. It has been about 4 years or so since my last visit but I never wanted to go as I have always had perfect eyesight. That is until this time, I went into the office not thinking anything was wrong only to find out I am somewhat farsighted.

The doc said it was not a HUGE deal but I want to take care of my eyes and the way things are going right now that is not happening. So I decided to pick out the frames I believed fit me best, I then placed the order and waited about 3 days over vacation to go get them (I guess that’s how long it takes to get glasses made? What if I could barley see!).

As you can see above I look like a real nerd now! I sorta like the glasses look, without them I look sorta funky as my head is to round and I need something to break that up (most people settle for a mustache).

Anyways, its not like you all needed to know about my glasses but I posted about it as sort of an intro to the newest section I am adding to this blog called personal. This personal section is where I will be making posts about me, what I am doing, trips, cars, computers… Basically anything I want to talk about. Not to worry though, this section will never replace my daily making money online tips. I will continue to do money making posts as I have always done, this personal section is only here for fun but it will not be given much attention to it unless I feel I need to vent or something of that nature.

Be sure and subscribe to my feed so you don’t miss any of my free making money tips, and remember this blog is about you but I know some people read it because its about me so I need to take that a step further.

Anyways thanks once again and I hope you enjoy reading about me and my stuff just as much as my money making tips, God Bless and have a great day everyone!

Technorati Top 100

By Shannon Lilly | 3 Comments

As of late I have been obsessed with my technorati rank and how slowly it has increased in rank and authority. I have been thinking it over and talked with a few friends about the subject, after some deep thought and suggestions of friends I have finally discovered the secret to obtaining a top technorati rank / authority.

(Please Note: I’m Still Testing This Method, I’ve Obtained A Rank Of 85K So Far Doing It!)

So many people are going about obtaining a better rank the wrong way, today I am going to uncover the secret that should have never becom one in the first place.

To start off I wont lie to you, the top 100 or so blogs according to technorati have this amazing backlink blog specific count of which I have no idea how to obtain… However on the up side I now know how to capitalize on that and make it worth your and my while to up our own ranks.

The secret to getting a better rank and authority is simple, all you need to do is feed off the big dawgs! You may be asking what in the world wide web does this guy mean?

Its simple, if you can get those guys in the top 100 list to link to you your authority will go up as will your rank over time. The more of these top blogs you are on the better your rank will become. I know this is a tall order but this is why I am here (I Like To Make Things Simple!).

All you need to do is either (Buy a review / paid plug) or (Guest post on those blogs). We have talked about guest posting before and how it helps spread the word about you as well as build your brand. Guess what? It now also builds your authority, by contacting these top bloggers and getting a actual in article link or two from them it will build your technorati. It may not happen overnight or even change at all the first couple of days after you get linked.

After some time however your authority and rank will start to grow, you will then see the fruits of your labor or dough be show in full color. Your authority and rank will go up which means only 1 thing (You sell more ads, make more money, and you make more profit!).

So what are you waiting for? Visit the top 100 blogs list today and start emailing them about guest posting or buying a spot on there blog!

Blog To Make Money!

By Shannon Lilly | 4 Comments

Since the start of my humble little blog I have said time and time again that no one should be blogging for the sole purpose of making money. However now that some of you are grounded as bloggers and you may have even made a few bucks somewhere down the path with your blog I am now going to reveal one way you can make money pretty much instantly with.

All it takes is you, your blog and some decent writing skills to make it happen! This virtually untapped market has started filling up as of late and one of the reasons I am creating this post is so you do not lose out on potential to make money quick!

This untapped market is nothing more then website reviews, that’s right website reviews! On InfectedByBugs within the first 2 months of going live the blog made about a value of $500 including some cash and free products we were given to review. While this is not HUGE money it was a start, even making $1 off the blog is exciting to me as my original intent was to help everyone else make money not me.

You may me confused as to how website reviews work, well its really quite simple. All you need to do is signup to a few well known blog review sites and create a profile for your blog(s). The work will basically come all by itself and you don’t even have to do anything at all. Here are a few of these blog review sites, mainly the ones I trust and use for some of my smaller blogs.

These 4 alone should bring an average site with a page rank of 3 or higher 1 or more blogging jobs per day. Most of these sources pay $10 per review until you do a couple and then the price starts to rise. For instance though V7N only pays a flat rate of $10 for every post no matter the length or quality of the post, it never changes so don’t expect it to.

I generally use V7N as the standard on smaller blogs because they gave out the most work to me, of course I had some pr6 blogs at the time and I was making a decent income off those. Around $100 - $200 per day off doing 5-10 reviews. Its hard work but well worth the time and effort for what they pay. Plus the more jobs you can do per day means more profit so sign up to all of them and you should never have a dry die with no work to do.

You could also hire a cheap article writer to write around 200 words per review and give them half of the commission. While this cuts your profits in half your time is still more valuable as you can start more blogs and do posts yourself and make 2-4 times what you would make by yourself. The key to real business is delegation and that’s what your goal should be if possible.

Over time you will start to be able to charge much more per review for your blogs. InfectedByBugs is up to around $75 per review at this time, but that will probably change soon as well.

I hope this post proved to be useful to you, show your support by subscribing to my rss feed and comment below with any suggestions or questions you may have to add.
