The Question: How I can put “rel=follow” on blog comments?
I presume you want to know how to DoFollow blog comments? Its actually pretty easy, there are several plugins you can get that do this but out of all of them I use this DoFollow plugin and find it to work great.
In the settings panel for the plugin it has lots of options and I encourage you to read all of them carefully and ensure you have the plugin setup correctly for proper dofollowing on comments!

Wordpress is just awesome to use and i like it. This plugin seems very useful. I will try it.
