Wow has it been a long time since I have posted here on IBB! I am sorry to all of you who have been waiting for your comments to be approved. I had over 2,000 waiting in the Que! All have been approved now and I am finally here with an informative post for you all!
I was browsing digitalpoint today and came across a guy who is starting his own SEO company and he wanted some tips / advice on how to do it. I wanted to explain my thoughts on the proper way to start your own company are and a few rules of thumb to follow 
Here we go!
Rules Of Thumb
Be passionate about what you want to do: If you dont have more passion then the next guy then he will eventually beat you out no matter what you do. Passion is key!
Know your product / service: If your going to own the company nobody should ever know more about it then you. Your the head honcho, act like it!
Be ready for some heartache: Owning your own company is not all its hyped up to be. It sounds great until you realize you may be working 50+ hrs a week on it and throwing loads of cash into it with no return on your investment in the beginning “fair warning, these waters are tuff”.
Never back down: Once you get it going even if its not perfect simply stick to it, eventually things will fall into place!
I think if you can follow those simple rules of thumb anyone can own a successful business. Its not perfect but itll work right?

Finally I can see your post explaining briefly about what problems need to be faced before starting a company owned by us. Two things are most important that Hard work and Patience!

Another thing to add in is to have a solid plan. Many times people just jump into things thinking that the idea alone will make them successful without planning things out.

I think out of all the rules, the first one is the most important. It is the same thing as people who want to make a site for Adsense only, and these people try to compete for keywords such as “student loans” even if they know nothing about student loans. I tried doing that for about a month and gave up because it was boring.

First step is always the hardest one. But it doesn’t mean that next steps will be easy. It is very hard to start own company – you need knowledge and experience. Only few people know how to do it and how to provide successful business.

Very good post, looks very straightforward, but these are indeed the essentials of entrepreneurship. You can write books on this, as many did. I like the Richard Branson book a lot for example.

If you look at internet marketing as a whole, really you can count the hobby of “blogging” as starting your own business. Granted you are starting with very little investment except your own time, but if you stick with it long enough and know where to market you’re gaining a lot of traffic and money just by writing articles

I think its not as easy as it seems but the way you are wokring and the way you are experiencing can be worked at this time becuase what you need to do is to pay total attention on your things which come right while starting your own company.

These are great tips for your starting your own company, the most important one is never get discouraged and never give up. It might look like in the beginning you are getting no where, but if you continue and never give up, eventually you will succeed.

Long story short, the LOVE WHAT YOU DO THING, is the main must. Being in the ecommerce development world, we see a lot of people fail not because of bad business models (although that happens a lot to), but because they just whipped up a plan to sell these widgets that they know nothing about, nor do they have any love or passion for selling said widget. I’m in the business I’m in because I love sitting at a computer and writing code all day. My wife is successful in the business she’s in because she loves making jewelry. If you don’t love what you do, and if you’re not losing sleep at night because you can’t stop thinking about it, its only a matter of time before your plans fall apart.
People who are successful in working from home are only successful because they are WORKING from home, often 12-14 hours per day.
