Hahaha nice… I think I’m guilty of not waking up at the same time of the day. I should put that on my goals too. Time always flies by when we’re online, we tend to forget the real world.

anyhoo, 1) wake up same time of day (so that means i’ll sleep same time of the day too) and 2) regularize my meal breaks will be added to my list here: http://www.impactfulactions.com/index.php, this is the tool I use in goal and personal management. Joe from IMwithJoe posted a similar post, and after reading that one and this one, I have finally decided to create my schedule on paper (or whiteboard when I get one). I do so many things online (blogging, blog promotion, PPC marketing, site flipping, etc.) that sometimes I can’t keep track of what I’m doing. And instead of being productive, I just waste more time.
