Newsletter Opt-in List / Pop Hover Box – This is one of my favorite things to tweak for better results, since tweaking mine I have gained extra newsletter signups and some more business in general to my blog. Its nice to know aweber has my back!

Blog Design / Layout – One of the most profitable things you can tweak is your design and layout, mainly the placement of ads. But also your content to make it more seen! It really is sad that not many bloggers tweak this like they could.
