I’m starting a blog at http://www.fiftyandahalf.com and am getting bogged down in the technicalities of the site. I don’t know anything about tweaking the code to get it the way I like. I guess I’m one of those people who waits for things to be perfect before they actually do something. When you say it takes a lot of work, how much time do you spend on your blog every day? Is it possible to work on it for about an hour a day and still be successful?

When I started I spent a few hrs per day getting the site how I wanted it, but now it basically runs itself with one post per day and a post takes me 30 minutes to write.
However I could write once a week and the blog would do just as well because my readers just want good stuff.

Making money online, or by any other means does take hard work! There’s no easy way to make money- if there was, wouldn’t everyone be doing it? Congrats on hitting the $1000/ month, though, that’s great! I hope to see you earning $100k/ month soon!

1. I make $0.00 online, I am at break even point.
2. It is very hard, I put in hours and hours of work for very little return.
3. 4-6 hours per day.
4. I would recommend making money other than from blogging. There are many web based income sources that don’t require as much work as blogging.
5. There are no secrets to making money online. Just hard work and dedication.

i was doing well but started neglecting my sites and getting lazy. just because the money is still rolling in doesn’t mean you can take a break. or at least not for long.

Maybe you should try PLR. You actually sell something, keep the entire amount and don’t share commissions. You can either write your own or belong to the best plr site and have access to hundreds of things you put your own name on and sell for any price you want. You can either sell your content on your blog or build a different site, this is very flexible.

This is a good idea to offer this question for your readers to see what they report on. This kind of linkage to gain information is a positive use of the resources that are available.
